I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. *SEE POLICIES FOR LOC SERVICES BELOW* LOC APPOINTMENTS Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance INCLUDING SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will incur a $55 cancellation fee. *PLEASE NOTE LOC INSTALL CANCELLATION POLICY* FOR LOC INSTALLS PLEASE NOTE 10% non-refundable deposit (of total cost) is required for install at time of installation appointment confirmation. That deposit will go toward the total cost of your install. Your deposit or any portion thereof is good for 30 days. At 31 days with no scheduled/rescheduled appointment your total deposit is forfeited. Scheduling and keeping your appointment is appreciated. You have only 1 rescheduling opportunity following the above criteria If you cancel your install with me ALL DEPOSITS PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule please note: * Rescheduling up to 10 days before your scheduled appointment you don’t lose any portion of your deposit. * Rescheduling 5-6 days before your scheduled appointment you FORFEIT 40% of your paid deposit with the remaining going toward the total cost of install. * Rescheduling 3-4 days before your scheduled appointment you FORFEIT 50% of your paid deposit with the remaining going toward the total cost of install. * Rescheduling less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment you FORFEIT 75% of your paid deposit with the remaining going toward the total cost of install. * I block out time in my calendar for your install, which means I’ve moved current clients around to accommodate and service you on your big day.
